From Warren Ellis in this weeks Whitechapel Remake/Remodel. Don-Vin, also known as Hyper the Phenomenal, is ray gun wielding spaceman. He has a girlfriend named Winifred and is enemies with a woman named Dolores. He does not posses any known superpowers. This is my take on it. check out more at the link above.
